PRIVACY - We protect our customer's personal information.  We do not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. Your information is solely for the purpose of your order.

PAYMENTS - We accept Pay Pal, checks or money orders.  Orders will not be shipped until your payment clears.  There is a $25.00 charge for checks declined for insufficient funds.

SHIPPING - We ship USPS or UPS. Orders will be shipped 1 - 4 days after payment.  Please allow more time for larger orders and breed specific collars.

RETURNS - All sales are final. Defective items can be returned for exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. Please contact us for return authorization. We suggest you measure your pet before ordering. 

CANCELLATIONS - As these are custom collars, there are no cancellations or refunds once the collar has been made.

DISCLAIMER - Please inspect your dog's collar regularly.  Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of  Lovepawz products for their individual situation.  By purchasing, you acknowledge that you assume responsibility for any accidents.
